Rose & Crown back on the market as stable planning removed

We regret to inform you that our purchase of the Rose and Crown is not proceeding – for now, at least.

Following the recent withdrawal of the stables planning application, the owner has decided to put the stables and the pub back on the market. 

we have communicated to the owner that our existing offer to purchase the pub remains on the table, and we hope a buyer for the stables can be found quickly so that our purchase of the pub can resume.
