A lovely evening was had by those who attended a specially open Thursday night at The Fresh Standard’s Brewery Taproom which saw them presented with the Tewkesbury Winter Ales Festival – Gloucestershire Winter Beer of the Festival. Organised by Tewkesbury CAMRA branch, the event was open to all and gave Rich and Charlotte a reason to put on their final barrel of 2024’s aged Export Porter (as seen).

As announced on Facebook, The Globe Inn in Stonehouse is set to reopen at the end of April under it’s previous name. General consensus was the rebrand to primarily a restaurant under the name of GOAT was an unpopular move.
Just met our new landlord Barry who’s going to re-open the Prince of Wales Cashes Green from this coming Wednesday (16th)… just in time for sunny Easter Weekend pints. – D.G. (Facebook)
