West Central Region

Established in 2020 as a new small batch, big love beer project by Richard Taylor. They aim to create distinct, hoppy ales, inspired by the Stroud valleys and the places where we drink them.
All their beer is low intervention and only contains the four traditional ingredients of Water, Barley, Hops and Yeast. They don’t clarify their beer with fish derived finings so their beer has a light natural haze. This also means they are vegan friendly

The India muddle refers to the modern resurgence of the style, brewed with generous amounts of contemporary hops (in this case Galaxy and Simcoe).
Moreish and indulgent, filled with coffee and chocolate flavours, boosted by bitter, citrus hop aromas.

Fresh, clean and crisp. Distinct, quenching bitter lemon and passion fruit flavours balanced with a reserved and classy all malt backbone and zesty, southern hemisphere hop aroma.

Golden, glowing, pure malt ale framing an exhibition in hops, clean assertive bitterness with lip smacking citrus and pine flavours with the freshest, seasonal, hop forward aromas
